Our goal is to provide your low-acuity callers with immediate medical guidance and appropriate transportation services to the care they need. Each caller is immediately connected to an experienced medical professional on our team that has emergency department experience and can confidently counsel the caller on their care needs. We then book transportation from their current location to the most appropriate site of care, whether that be the emergency room, urgent care center, or doctor's office.

According to the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch, low-acuity EMS triage has been in place for more than 15 years internationally and over 2 million low-acuity calls have been triaged appropriately without an untoward incident. By integrating experienced ED medical professionals into the 911 call flow, MD Ally provides a concierge-level experience to your callers identified by CAD software as "not dangerous", "not recent", and "superficial".  We counsel low-acuity patients on their chief complaint, ensure that transportation arrives in a timely manner, and schedule them into the site of care that is best positioned to care for their needs. We also follow up with callers within 24 hours to make sure they've been fully cared for and are satisfied with their experience.
